Between March and September is the best for wildlife viewing, November to January is the best for birding activities. Diving and other water sports are great all year around.
Legalities
The property will be yours for eternity. The land is leasehold but ownership is indefinitely, compared to the 99 year leasehold in the country. The building is solely owned by you or the syndicate. All the legalities are are done by the auditor firm Price Water House. You can register the building in your own Name/Trust or Company |
